في جريمة نكراء تم اغتيال الناشطة السياسية والمدنية ”هبة حاج عارف“ حيث وجدت الثلاثاء بتاريخ 27/02/2024 مقتولة في شقتها في مدينة ”بزاعة“، بعد تعرضها للتهديد الموثق من قبل “فرقة الحمزات” المسيطرة في المكان، بسبب مواقفها ونشاطها المدني في الكشف عن الانتهاكات وتوثيقها وتم إجبارها على تقديم استقالتها من عضوية المجلس المحلي لـ ”بزاعة“.

الشهيدة هبة صهيب حاج عارف، عضوة الحركة السياسية النسوية السورية وشبكة المرأة السورية، وكانت عضوة المجلس المحلي في منطقة ”بزاعة”، حيث كانت تقيم مع زوجها وهي أم لطفلين، كما أنّها تعمل مديرة قسم الإناث في مدرسة تتبع لمنظمة “يني آدم (Yeni Adım)” التركيّة، بالمدينة.

إننا في تيار مواطنة وتيار مستقبل كردستان سوريا، إذ ندين بأشد العبارات، تلك الجريمة البشعة بحق الشهيدة هبة التي تضاف الى سلسلة الجرائم ضد النساء الناشطات والناشطين في مناطق الشمال وعمليات تهديد النساء والناشطات ضمن المحاولات المتكررة لإسكاتهن ومنعهن من المشاركة السياسية. ونحمّل السلطات المحلية والحكومة المؤقتة والائتلاف والضامن التركي في الشمال السوري مسؤولية الكشف عن الجناة والمتورطين بالجريمة، ومحاكمتهم على ما ارتكبوه .
نتوجه ختاماً بأحر العزاء لذوي الشهيدة المغدورة وللحركة السياسية النسوية ولشبكة المرأة السورية، ولكل السوريات والسوريين.
المجد لذكرى الشهيدة هبة حاج عارف والعار للقتلة والمجرمين.
عاشت سورية وطناً حراً يكرم مواطنيه ومواطناته.

A joint statement of condemnation from the Citizenship stream (Mwatana) and the Future stream of Syrian Kurdistan

In a heinous crime, the political and civil activist “Heba Haj Arif” was assassinated. She was found on Tuesday, 02/27/2024, murdered in her apartment in “Bzaa” city after being subjected to documented threats from the “Ferket Al-Hamzat” controlling the place, because of her positions and civil activity in Violations were uncovered and documented, and she was forced to submit her resignation as a member of the local council of “Bzaa.”

The martyr “Heba Suhaib Haj Arif”, was a member of the Syrian Women’s Political Movement, the Syrian Women’s Network, She was a member of the local council in “Bzaa”, where she lived with her husband and she was a mother of two children. She also works as the director of the female department in a school affiliated with the “Yeni Adım” organization.

We, in the Mowatana (Citizenship stream) and the Future stream of Kurdistan Syrian , condemn in the strongest terms the heinous crime against the martyr Heba, which is added to the series of crimes against active women and activists in the northern regions and the operations to threaten women and activists as part of repeated attempts to silence them and prevent them from political participation. We hold the local authorities, the interim government, the National Coalition for Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces, and the Turkish guarantor in northern Syria responsible for uncovering the perpetrators and those involved in the crime, and prosecuting them for what they committed.
In conclusion, we extend our deepest condolences to the families of the deceased martyr, to the feminist political movement, to the Syrian Women’s Network, and to all Syrian women and men.
Glory to the memory of the martyr Heba Haj Arif, and shame to the murderers and criminals.
